NOTICE -- Thursday July 29th, 2010 -- NOTICE

GOOD LUCK THIS WEEKEND!

AT THE CONCLUSION OF THIS WEEKEND, IT ENDS THE 2010 17U INDIANA HEAT "REGULAR" SUMMER SEASON.

FALL INFORMATION WILL BE POSTED SOON.

Tuesday July 13th, 2010 -- 6:00 a.m. -- Wood Bat Tournament Schedule is now posted.   The Heat 17U Team will be playing at Bloomington North High School for most of the weekend.   The first two (2) pool games will be at North and the championship round of games will be Sunday at Bloomington North High School.

SEE TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

July 9th, 2010 -- Indiana Heat heads to Fort Wayne for a competitive weekend of baseball.

July 2nd, 2010 -- First of all, I hope most Heat players and parents read this page.  If you do, please let me express how proud I am of the Heat players.  To lose an individual, who was coaching the squad the night before a tournament and to go 2 wins and 0 loses -- says something about the character of the players, parents and the individuals who stepped up to lead the team.   You showed that quitting is not the answer!  So, once again, congratulations on a great day (which otherwise had the recipe for disaster).

REMINDER

Friday July 2nd, 2010

We need action pictures of the players and other digital pictures of the players and teams to post to our website and the Indiana Heat Facebook.  Please send to:  clamb@indianaheat.com -- Thanks!

In the United States, Independence Day, commonly known as the Fourth of July, is a federal holiday commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain. Independence Day is commonly associated with fireworks, parades, barbecues, carnivals, fairs, picnics, concerts, baseball games, political speeches and ceremonies, and various other public and private events celebrating the history, government, and traditions of the United States. Independence Day is the national day of the United States.

Fourth of July is Independence Day

Independence Day honors the birthday of the United States of America and the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. It's a day of picnics and patriotic parades, a night of concerts and fireworks, and a reason to fly the American flag.
